Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance. Late arrivals may be held until a suitable break in the show to minimise disruption to other patrons.
Bag Info
Bags larger than A4 size must be cloaked before entering the auditorium. Cloakroom space is limited, so please avoid bringing bulky items where possible. For security purposes, bag checks may be conducted. Please contact us for lost property enquries.
Digital Devices
Please switch your mobile device to silent or off before the performance and refrain from using it during the show, as this can be disruptive to those around you.
Photography & Filming
Photography is permitted before the show, during interval and after the performance. Filming, photography and sound recording during the performance are strictly prohibited unless otherwise advised.
Be Considerate
Please be considerate of those around you and avoid talking, singing or dancing during the performance. Singing and dancing is often encouraged during the curtain cal.
Performance Appreciation
The performers on stage have been working hard to bring you the best possible performance and we encourage you to applaud, cheer and stand up at the end of the show to share your enthusiasm and appreciation.Children & Families
